Common Detainee Roadmap
The states of North and South Dakota do not have an immigration court. The Bloomington, MN Immigration Court serves the states of North and South Dakota, as well as Minnesota. If you are living in North or South Dakota, your immigration matter will be handled by the Bloomington, Minnesota Immigration Offices. Both the Immigration Court and United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) are located in Bloomington, Minnesota near the Mall of America.
